Hi,
From Google standpoint, they don't care that you are using another CMS, or version of CMS. They only know the addresses of the pages, and their content.
If you change a URL, even by just adding or removing the .html or the id numbers, then the previously existing and indexed page is completely and immediately forgotten, with all the (positive ) ranking signals attached to it.
- you have gigantic CSS and javascript files, not even minified (but even minified, they are still going to be huge)
- you are not using HTTP/2 on your server
- you don't seem to be using compresison on your server
- etc
The one and only important thing about the URLs is that you do not change them at all between your J3 and J5 site. That's it.I keep the “www”, the “nº” in the urls of the articles, and the “html” suffix (but I have not redirected the pages without suffix). I don't know whether to leave it like that or try something to improve the urls for SEO. any advice?

If you analyzed using PageSpeed Insights, you also have seen their suggestions, so you should work from that:How can I improve the loading speed and performance?
