A few checks to see if you need to update your JoomlArt templates such as JA Rights to 1.2.0 (for Joomla 5 released Oct 2023), your version 1.1.2 released Sept 2023 or JA _Stark to 2.1.2 (updated released April 2024 - support for Joomla 5.1.x) or T4_bs5_blank may need an update. Check JoomlArt website.
If not using any of those templates uninstall them.
Also you're using a mix of frameworks (e.g. T4 and Helix) to support those JA templates and Helix ultimate. May be causing conflicts and resulting in the 500 error. For instance if only using the T4 framework and the JA templates then remove the Helix framework and Helix Ultimate template, or vice versa, remove the T4 framework and templates if only using Helix.
Also to display errors on screen change the value of Display Errors: 0 to Display Errors: 1.
