Installation Joomla! 4.x • problem after migration to J!4. 500 behavior::framework not found.

After migrating from 3.10 to 4.4, it seems that I have 2 problems in error messages

1) front-end side (cassiopéa is configured by default) :

500 behavior::framework not found.
TPL_PROTOSTAR_BACKTOTOP ​

2) backoffice side (it works correctly except that it is impossible to save a change in the configuration)

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
